About Us
Era Acoustics formed due to the ambition of three music lovers who all have the desire to listen to music at its best: to relish in the detail, subtlety, emotion and drama created by the artists, and laid down into recordings by producers and engineers for us to enjoy.
The exploration into loudspeaker design began many years ago as curious amateur enthusiasts which, over time, has evolved and refined far beyond the expectation of those humble beginnings. Music of exceptional detail and clarity is more accessible than ever before with the advent of streaming and high resolution recording, which spurred us to act on our ideas and bring them to fruition.
Within the team is a diverse array of practical skills and technical knowledge which allows us to design, develop and manufacture, and make partnerships with other specialists as necessary. Cabinets and crossovers are hand built by us to exacting standards, ensuring the highest quality of construction.
We find ourselves excited (and a little nervous!) to be stepping up into the inspirational world of audiophile Hi-Fi, to present our first commercial product : the XTL transmission line loudspeaker.
We look forward to meeting other music lovers on our journey.
